The studio

Fiction that holds up when you look closer.

We create grounded speculative worlds: unfamiliar enough to invite discovery, coherent enough to feel as if they could exist.

Sunderkey Studios is built around a focused, small-team approach. Story, systems and world design are developed together, so player choices are expressed through more than dialogue alone. Technology serves the fiction; scale never replaces intent.

What guides the work

Studio principles

01

Worlds with internal logic

Politics, technology and survival leave visible marks on places, people and play.

02

Systems with consequence

Decisions gain weight when the world remembers them and responds in ways the player can experience.

03

Scope with purpose

Every mechanic and location must earn its place. Density matters more than empty scale.
